These are Zone Bars. I usually have one for breakfast.
I am not a huge breakfast eater so these do the trick for me.
These are also my two favorite ones. The nutrition is pretty much the same for each...... 1 bar is 210 calories, 14-15 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fiber.
What I really love about these is that they are soy protein. Both of these products keep me full for a long time and they also taste really good! Lots of times we have to sacrifice flavor and I don't think I have to do that with these 2 things. You should give them a try if you have not already.
Let me know if there is something out there you think I should try!

I have look for Edamame and cannot find them! I'm going to go to a couple of places i don't usually shop and see if they have them.
I've never tried the Zone bars, but Kashi makes a protien and fiber bar that is YUMMY too! i have to hide them from my kids because they want to eat them!
do you know if the Zone bars have artificial sugar in them?
Congrats on the weight loss!
I love the zone bars! Although I haven't tried the two that you posted. Choc/Peanut butter is my fav. I've just incorporated them into my bandster life. I wanted to tell you that the new pic on the upper right of you is GORGEOUS!! You look so great!
Yum! That Edamame looks great, I've never seen it anywhere around here. I am a long time fan of the Zone bar, my prob. is I like them a little TOO much...And my kids eat them all up too!
I just discovered the Snicker's Marathon Nutrition bars. I think they are 150 calories, 10 g. protein, and yummy!
thanks for the food tips! I love it when ppl review items. I will have to try them, I'm not a big breakfast eater either.
I tried Pure Protein bars from Walmart in Chocolate Deluxe and LOVE them, 20 gms of protein and under 200 calories. Is this Edamame dried, or is it in the freezer section (Where I've seen most of the edamame?) I noticed your new pic too, Bree and thought it looked wonderful...full of progress!
wannabthinagain - The sugar that is in the zone bars it just plain sugar it is not artificial

Congrats on your weight loss so far.. only 94 to go!! Absolutely brilliant. xxx
OOPS *Look* so yum.. doh lol
I love Fage 2% greek yogurt-- it is very creamy and can be a great substitute for sour cream, it is also filled with protein ( you can also get it 0% fat... but I like it with a little milk fat)... and it makes a creamy, yummy smoothy too.

down here in the south we just call those dried soybeans. makes me laugh when all the fru-fru people talk about "Edamame."
they are delish though!
I have zone bars as a snack during the day at my school, where we are luckily allowed to eat in certain classrooms. Never have I had Edamame though.
Recently I have been making smoothies with Tarts frozen yougurt, Archer Farms yogurt, frozen fruits, maybe some soy milk added in, and if I want it thicker I add ice cubes. Sometimes if I feel like having something a little bit sweeter I add a spoon full or so of Ovaltine. After a few test tries it actually came out pretty yummy. ;p
