One more down, 27lbs more to go! I do want to say, I am so sick of setting goals at this point. It has gotten really old to me. I consistently set these goals and never make them. My body seems to want to loose 1 little lbs at a time, so instead of fighting that I am going to embrace it. 1lb per week sounds like a plan to me, and a darn good one. =)
Sorry I am late on this again!!! It seems to happen to me so often that I start to write this Wednesday and then it just never gets finished!!!
I skipped a few days of exercise this week…..bad me I know. I have been very tired and it’s been hard to get myself up off the couch once I get home. I feel like I don’t have as much energy as your typical 24yr. old might have, I wonder why? I’m probably low on iron; I bet that is partly my issue. I think I will take some supplements and see if that helps, I’ll let you know.
I went all morning long without any coffee. My day is practically over now and I’ve finally just caved and brewed myself a cup. I’ve legit only taken a few sips and already feel a million times better. That is insane how much of an addiction caffeine is. I don’t think I will ever give it up 100% not only because I crave it, but because I like it. However, I need to make better decisions. I need to cut down my Iced Venti Caramel Macchiato to a Grande at the very least, not only for the caffeine, but for the calories.
I’m thinking about going to see a plastic surgeon soon. I’ve been wanting for a long time to get a breast reduction. Before my surgery I went and had a consult and they told me to come back when I was about half way to my goal. Well, as you know I am pretty far past my goal now so I think it’s time to go see him again. I’m going to give them a call today and see if I can set something up, I’ll let you know!!

Congrats on your loss. 1lb a week is good if you ask me, for me I've always been happy if it's a loss period no matter how big!
I completely understand your frustration at 1 lb per week, but honestly you are doing so great and you're so close to goal, it's probably going to be a challenge to get there and 1 lb per week is doing awesome!
