Building Habits to last!

Hey Everyone!


Hope you are all doing well! I’ve been a bit out of touch in the last month as the days have just melting together which is made the weeks fly by! I’m not a winter lover by any means but in a way I am sort of welcoming it this year because it tends to slow the pace of life a bit and I feel like I could definitely use that!

In the midst of the hustle and bustle I lost some focus in regards to working out and good eating habits by grabbing quick meals and skipping work outs. This is the story of my life unfortunately as I’m usually 100% into it or not. I realize this is a flaw of mine that I really want to improve because if I cannot improve it then the reality of maintaining my weight loss for the rest of my life may be more of a pipe dream. My goal right now is to just do a little everyday and to not kill myself. I’m hoping if I can be consistent with this throughout the winter than I can reach my goal and build more of a routine for myself! We’ll see what happens!!  =)

I can definitely be a black or white thinker.

However, like you, I had worked hard at changing that.

Now I say it's ok to just be content with doing something. I don't have to be perfect.

When we let go of that way of thinking it is so much less stressful.
