Feelin' the Fill

So I went to McDonalds today…….don’t judge lol you know you go there too haha. I got a Grilled Chicken sandwich just plain because I only eat the chicken. That small little chicken breast that is 3oz 120 calories, I could only eat 2/3 of it!!! I was about to pop after that lol. I was really surprised too….last week when I got my fill I felt a little bit more restriction initially but then I kind of lost it but today it all came back and I was not expecting it. Thank goodness though I was starting to get worried. I have been a bit stuck at 215lbs for a few days but I am not worried. I’m so sick of the pressure I am feeling to loose weight as fast as possible and I’ve decided not to give in to it anymore. I’m not saying I want to take 5 years to loose all my weight but I am a’ok with it taking me 2 years….lets face it….I didn’t put it on in a jiff and it’s not gonna come off in one either.

Sounds like you found your restriction again! Horray! I normally just get the apple dippers when I go to McDonalds because I can't find anything that fits into my plan - I never thought about doing just the breast.

Another place that I found that has a great option is KFC. They have this new boneless chicken in the grilled option. It is about 130 calories, has ton of flavor, and is around 2 dollars. The only bad is that sometimes I have to wait for them to cook it (8mins), but at least it is hot and fresh :)

Restriction is so weird right?! Somedays I totally feel it and other days I can eat like a cow. Amen sista!
