I’m really struggling with food addiction lately. I mean isn’t it obvious? Since I’ve regained some restriction I have not lost more than a couple of lbs. For those of you out there who are still considering the band it really is true that you can eat your way around it. All the bad things for you are made up of such crap that they literally break right down and slide right on through the band. Not to say you can’t make it work! I know I can I just have to regain some focus, which brings me to Ruby.
Anyone watch her show?? If not let me recap real fast for you. Ruby is from Savannah, GA and has been obese practically her whole life. At one point she was up to like 700lbs. She is now down to the mid 350’s and has done it all on her own. In her latest episode she had hit plateau and her therapist suggested she change 5 things in her life to help her with continued weight loss. I can’t remember all 5 of her things but 2 of them were…she gave up diet soda, and she switched up her exercise routine. I think this is a fantastic idea and I really want to do the same thing by switching 5 things in my life.
Well it's been a rollacoaster 2 week ago I was down 2 then I was up 2 and now I am back down 2 so I am really happy! My goal is another 2 lbs this week. I was really good over Easter, didn't eat alot when we went out and stayed clear of the candy! How did you all do??
