This Thursday’s Weight: 169lbs
Sorry that I am a day late, I actually started this yesterday and then time ran away from me and I never got to finish!
Of course I am not happy at all that this is the 2nd week in a row that I have stayed at 169lbs but I have to tell you, I feel fantastic! I’ve been hitting the gym all week long and not consuming more than 1,200 calories per day and I feel smaller even though the scale has not budged.
I am concerned that I won't hit my 10lbs loss goal for the cruise, but at this point it's beginning not to matter to me so much. I knew that once you get smaller that it's harder to loose weight but I really underestimated just how hard I am going to have to work to hit my goal now. There is no messing around...this is the big leagues. =)

From your pictures lady...you look fantastic! I know these last 10 are probably on your last nerve already, but seriously you've come so far and you deserve to enjoy enjoy enjoy with this cruise!!

I hear ya! I've been right around the same weight for weeks and weeks. I started upping my water and it is making a difference. It sounds like you're doing everything right so maybe that will get things going.
Go with the "it doesn't matter goal" and perhaps you will be surprised. Just look at what you have done so far! =)
