Last Wednesday's Weight: 160lbs
This Wednesday’s Weight: 159lbs
You guys already knew this of course! lol. I'm not sure why I am still at 159, I've worked out a lot and ate pretty well. I'm not too worried about it though, I think I will catch up with myself soon. =)
Let me update you on how I did with the goals I set out for myself last Wednesday......
I had a yogurt most days. There were a couple days where I have major restriction and liquids were tough to get down so I didn't have one those days. I am going to continue this, I really like have that mid morning snack seeing I don't eat breakfast. This way I am not starving at lunch.
One coffee per day......I'm not super good at this. I am going to try and switch to iced tea this week instead of coffee.
Cardio....this is where I really excelled this week. Friday was the only day I did not work out. Every other day I did at least 30 minutes. One day I did 60 minutes and a couple times did 45 minutes. I'm getting to the point where I don't feel good about myself if I don't workout.
I did Jackie one time and it was the legs workout. My legs were so so sore all week long from that one time that I didn't do it again for the week. I'm feeling better now so I will continue this week.
Only once I ate at a place with a drive thru and it was an accident!! It was yesterday I went and order and by the time I was driving away with my food I went "Oh no I'm not suppose to do this!!" Darnit lol I am going to continue this as well.
I am really really bad at not eating past 8:30. Around 9:00 I always want something to eat. I am not hungry I just want to eat. I'd love to hear anyone suggestions as to how to change me mind!
So here are my weekly goals at a glance:
- Drink 68 ounces of water daily (more would be good)
- Continue mid-morning snack
- Switch to Tea instead of Coffee
- Continue 30 minutes (or more) of Cardio 5 days
- Incorporate Jackie's Circuit Training 3 days
- Don't eat anywhere that has a Drive Thru
A few blog shout outs before I go......

Way to ROCK the cardio. Posting your weekly goals is a really good idea.
I know one thing that usually helps me to combat late night munchies is a cup of hot tea. Your doing so awesome, and I love the new July pic in the purple!
I love how you put your goals right out there ... that's a good idea to keep you focused ... you look mahvelous :)
Yay for the loss! I too feel bad when I miss a day of working out. I like that you have your list right there for motivation.
