So I have been getting really good restriction. YES!!! I don't have another appointment to get a fill and Iprobably won't make one until I start to loose some more weight and loose a little restriction from that. I am being super cautious for obvious reasons. Today I could barely eat a whole lean cuisine, I think I'm doing pretty good restriction wise, wouldn't you say?
I am trying to incorporate more fiber into my diet. I switched up regular splenda for splenda with fiber, tastes the same so why not? I bought a box of Fiber Selects Wheat Thins for my drawer at work. 13 crackers for 5 grams of fiber. They are good too, they keep me out of the candy jar which I was seriously having an issue with! Man o man the band does not keep that chocolate from going down lol. "A moment on the lips, forever on the hips" Oh so true!!
I am also trying to eat a couple of apples per day. They are among the highest fiber fruits.
One thing I have learned to do it to stop trying to eat like a dieter. You know depriving myself of the things I really want. I have decided to eat what I want, just not all that I've made lol. Make for eating to be much more satisfying. I have a new love for crock pots. They are wonderful! If anyone has any good slow cooker recipes, please pass them along!!!

I hear ya about the chocolate! I have a lot of restriction right now too, but chocolate always seems to go down - darn it!
Luv chocolate! Crock pot meat with some soup thrown in is a staple food!
Try to find the cookbook called fix it & forget it. It has some good recipes, tons of them!
