A 4lbs weight loss from last week feels like a great kick off, but I'm ready to get down to some serious business. My 2nd short term goal is to loose 50lbs, and I am only 15lbs from that goal. I'm going to commit myself to loosing 15lbs in the next 5 weeks, that is only 3lbs per week and completely doable. I am really tired of saying I've lost 35lbs, I really want that number to go up and watch out my lovely because when Breanne wants something, she shall have it lol.
I use to be like really competitive with things such as weight loss but as I've gotten older I just want to do what is best for me and in the time frame that is best for me. Of course I want all this weight off like yesterday, but there has to be a reason why things are moving slowly. I'm a total believer in everything happens for a reason so my chin is up today as I move short and hit my next goal!!! Okay so we will call tomorrow Day........Start 2/12/10........End March 19th. Anyone else in???
