So I've been much busier, to say the least now that I am working full time. Sorry I'm still working on my time management skills when I get home and blogging is just one thing I have not had the chance to get in!!
There isn't much to say really. I have no worked out since I started the job, like I said my time management skills have been really really crappy. I decided last night that I was going to do 30 minutes on the tredmill every day when I get home. So from like 6:00-6:30 and that will still leave me plently of time to get laundry and meals ect. done as well.
My meal planning has been pretty terrible lately too. I haven't been doing it at all.....GUILTY! Man I am like the bad bad bandster right now lol. You know I don't feel bad though, life gets in the way sometimes but as long as you jump back on the wagon in a timley manner, you are all good. Which is exactly what I am doing.
You know it is hard though because as I type I have gotten 3 phone calls from 3 different people in my office telling me about all the food that is in our conference room and that I should go and get some. BUT I WILL NOT! lol I want too...but I am going to refrain and eat the lunch I brought because I know EXACTLY how many calories are in it. I'm starving though just to let you know so this is really hard lol.
Well I don't even know what to title this blog........but someone hold me accountable and email me tomorrow please and make sure that I go my butt on the treadmill tonight!!!! Thanks!!!

Hang in there---and don't go get the food! This too shall pass, and at the end of the day, after your workout and you remember NOT going to get the food--you'll feel really happy. You can do it!
I share the reluctance with the treadmill - I've found it so difficult to get back into it all since way before Christmas. Today I'm determined at least to go swimming. Do you ever wish you could be sleeping beauty and just wake up and it's all over? Sigh...
