Sick & Sore

Ok so my Memorial Day Weekend has not gotten off to such a great start......Thursday and Friday I worked out really hard and yesterday my back started hurting really bad and it was like running down my leg. I think that it is a nerve or something. It is better today but I'm still a bit sore. Anyway in addition to the back thing, my throat started to become super sore and it's just gotten worse. So yeah my back is sore and my throat hurts I have a stuffy nose yatta yatta yatta. Great lol. The only good thing is, I'm not really in the mood to eat that much. I really wish I could be working out though. I might do pilates later and see if it helps work out my back. I don't know if it will help but I'll give it a try. My goodness, take care of that throat. Also be sure to warm up slowly and do gentle stretches before your next workout so you don't injure yourself. :)
