50lbs Down!!!! FINALLY!!!

Hello hello!!!

Well I won't hold you in suspense, the scale read 202 this morning!! I was very excited because for some reason in the back of my mind I was thinking I hadn't lost this week even though I had been really good! So I am thrilled! Talk about slow and steady huh?? I don't seem to loose much more than 1lb per week unless it is right after one of my adjustments.

I've been reading up on exercising and I found a lot of websites to say that you can increase your calorie burn if you split up your exercise into 2 times a day. Like if you work out for 30 minutes usually at night.....try and do 15 minutes in the morning and then 15 minutes when you get home from work. I'm not real sure how exactly that would work but I will give it a try this week! Doesn't sound like it could hurt right?? If you happen to be an exercise guru and have any insight on this please let me know!! =)

I am am officially 50lbs lighter!! So very exciting!! I've lost 50% of my excess body weight, that is amazing to me!!!!!!! I have another 50lbs to go in order to get into the top of the Healthy Weight range for me. My hope is to get there for my cruise in May.

Only 3 more pounds till ONEDERLAND!!! Ooooo maybe if I really push I could do that this week???? No promises but maybe, that would rock!!!
