So it’s been almost one week since I’ve had any coffee! Can you believe that?? I’ve been trying forever to give it up because the only way I can drink it is loaded with all the bad high calorie crap you put in it and that was a detriment to my weight loss. I have switched to Dunkins unsweetned iced tea instead and I throw a raspberry shot in there so it’s only 10 calories vs. my 200 calorie coffee. That a huge calorie savings each day!
My diet has improved in many also. I’ve also been a fruit fanatic. I know I knew this but once you actually start eating more of it you finally figure out that you can have SOOOO much fruit for so little calories its incredible. I’ve been especially addicted to watermelon to the point where I’ve run out to get another when it was all gone lol.
Praying for a 2lb loss this week!! We will see!! =)

Sounds awesome. Around here, Watermelon is $3.88 per 15 pounder or so. I eat 150 calories a day of watermelon. So many jokes to follow....but... I can't stop coffee... Ever... Great job
I drink coffee with Splenda and fat free creamer. It definitely keeps the calories in check! But if I eat out, I do usually get a sweet tea. ;)
Amazing work. When I got banded last summer I mistakenly thought as a newbie that i'd lose fruit, but this summer has been deelish, filled with fruit.
So close to ONEDERLAND...you can taste it!
