This Wednesday’s Weight: 190lbs
Blah no weight loss this week!! I'm not happy. =(
Okay I admit I've been a wicked spoiled brat the past few weeks with a lot of weight loss and now that I haven't lost any this week I am definitely pouting lol.
It doesn't make any sense that I've maintained my weight this week because I have not eaten enough to do so. Everyday I've had a substantial calorie deficit according to my bodybugg and I should have lost weight.
My only guess as to what happened is....maybe I am building some muscle?? I have been running on a consistent basis unlike before when I'd run for a day and call it quits for the next week haha. I'm going to be running one mile everyday for the next week and then up it after that to build more stamina. I'm pretty exhausted after 1 mile. I laid on the cold floor for like 10 minutes yesterday after my work out haha.
I've also been doing push ups! I used to dread those but the other day I decided to give them a try again and to my surprise they were so much easier -62lbs!
Going forward......
My original goal was to be at 175lbs by my birthday (nov. 23rd). However, I am re-grouping...that is 15lbs away and 1 month away. That is so not going to happen so I am going to change that goal is give myself something more realistic to reach by my birthday......loose 8lbs.....so reach 182lbs. I think that is totally doable....so long as I don't have another week like this week!

Your still kicking butt, so that is the important thing. And not having a weight loss doesn't mean no fat loss. i would definitely say that the uped work outs have something to do with it. Keep up the good work!

Ugh! I feel your frustration. I have been stalled for almost a month and it is making me nuts. lol
Hang in there, next week, you will see a loss, again. :)
