This pulled pork is the best and it’s so quick and easy to make not to mention it’s not that high in calorie! Inside the packaging that you see in the picture is a compact pouch of pork. You boil a big pot of water and stick the entire pouch in for about 15 minutes. When 15 minutes is up you take the pouch out, cut it open and I like to take a couple forks and just kind of pull it apart because it stays compacted if you don’t. It’s so delicious just like this you really don’t even need to add anything to it but it really doesn’t up the calorie intake to anything too huge if you wanted to add BBQ sauce.
The packaging says 2oz is a serving but I always eat 3 ounces which is by itself 225 calories. If you add a tbsp of BBQ (sweet baby rays) it brings it up to 260 calories and if you are feeling rather saucy and want a full serving of BBQ which is 2 tbsp it still only brings it to 295 calories. Under 300 calories for pulled pork, yum!
You get so much of it too! You can feed an army! You all should definitely try this! You can find it at Costco!
On another note I have 40 days from today until my cruise and I really want to challenge myself to work out everyday until then. Anyone doing really great with working out lately? I need some words of wisdom to be able to keep myself going when I don’t want to do it! =)

That look yum. Thanks for the suggestion.
I have been hitting the gym hard lately. Only suggestion I have is decide in the morning you are going to do it.
Like last night I was uber tired from a long weekend, and lots of activity... Sundays are my rest day and I told hubs I wanted another rest day.
This morning I packed my gym bag anyway, and told myself I am going to just go.
I will. And once I get there I usually put in a full workout because I am there... and focused. And it is a long drive. And I don't want to waste my time.
Ok... too long of a message. You get the drift.
Just decide to do it. No excuses. You will do great!!
This looks great! I will see if they have it in my area. I think Kirkland's is a popular brand.
I agree with "adorkbl," in that you need to do it in the morning. Psyche yourself out. I don't say I have to work out or exercise, I say I am "snatching my sexy back." I got it from a magazine article. I absolutely HATE exercising, but I have been doing good lately. I get up at 5 a.m. and get it in.
that looks delish! I always see it @ costco but have never picked it up. I will have to get some next time I am there. Thanks for the tip! xxoo
Sounds Yummy! I love sweet baby rays!
Hiya! I am knew to your blog! I just made pulled pork this sunday. Very similar except I did it in the crock pot. I got a pork loin and added salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder and cooked it on high for most of the day. It fell apart and was so tender. First night we made tacos (mine were deconstructed) then we made bbq the next night with sweet baby rays!
Looks delicious!
