haha so I was eating (perhaps a little too fast) and I started to feel a build up of a lot of pressure so you know what time it was - and out pops my tylenol I took 15 minutes ago. lol it just cracked me up and I had to share. Clearly only a bandster would find this amusing. =)

ugh... hate that. just had a slight unfill so i can take my meds... so far so good!
mine was a bite of raisin bread toast, raisins intact... grrr
