I would like to talk about my One year Bandiversary though! It was a couple days ago on the 19th. Sorry I couldn’t blog that day. My cousin’s engagement party was that day and I was pretty busy trying to prepare for it.
So let’s talk numbers………I lost 40lbs in one year. I’ll just be honest I’m disappointed in that number but I have no one to blame but myself. I know I shouldn’t be, it’s weird I’m really proud and then I am really not so proud. I have decided to just look forward (because that is all I can do) my goal for the coming year is to loose 62lbs to get me to 150lbs. I’m a little worried that I won’t make the goal but when I break it down, I only have to loose less than 1.25 lbs per week to make that goal and that seems really attainable.
Thanks for all your support over the last year and I look forward to getting to know you all better over the coming year!!!!

Congrats on your one year bandiversary and 40 pounds lost. Be nice to yourself...you did not gain and you are 40 pounds less than last year at this time! You look great!!!
Happy bandiversary! 40 pounds is a great big step in the right direction! You should feel awesome about that -- and I think your goal for this year is reachable as well. :)
Happy Bandiversary! You are doing great... when is the last time you lost weight and were able to keep it off? I know for me... before the band.. maybe I would have lost 40 lbs... but I wouldn't have kept it off. Keep up the great work!
Well I think you look great!! I am down 50 pounds in a year and my doctor is really happy for me since I have been so sick and have ibs and pcos. But so you know my lapband doctor said that they are happy when some on loses at least 40 pounds. And you have less to lose then most to reach your goal and if you look at percentage you are doing great. HUGS
Happy Bandiversary!
Happy late Bandiversary my fellow "June Journey". You're doing great - it's 40 pounds you won't see again. I think your goal sounds pretty attainable.
Congrats on your bandiversary! What a celebration.
Happy Bandiversary! Stay positive...you will get there!
