My How I Have Changed......

These pictures are from my wedding on Sept. 21, 2008. I'm not sure of my exact weight but in Dec. 2008 when I first went to my doctor about Lap Band I weighed in at 252lbs so I am guessing I am somewhere around that in these pics. I feel like I look like I was in a fat suit. Being this big was very depressing for me but I think it's a good thing to go back and look at this from time to time because it remind me that I don't ever want to go back and with the Lap Band I am confident I won't. If I hadn't had the Lap Band and lost all this weight, I'm sure I would have gained it back. TGLB (Thank God for Lab Band).

I understand your feelings, but you sure do look beautiful in the pictures and I love how you did your hair.

1. I also love the acronym TG4LB!
2. I love your site, your links and your cute cute cute cartoon header (seriously covet it!)
3. You ARE beautiful in those pics! I have been posting ones of me BLB (Before Lap Band) on the same date and it's encouraging. I would never have shown most of them before but it's good to celebrate 'where I came from'. You're doing awesome... Keep it up!

Wow, you have changed. But I do say, that regardless, you sure did look beautiful on your wedding day! I'm glad you are starting to feel like you. That just seems like the most important thing.

A lot of change over a couple of years. Looking awesome now. However, your wedding pictures are beautiful as well. Its great to see where you have come from and that you are even happier today :) Well done!

Never stop loving and supporting the "before" girl... She is the one that needs the "after" girl. She is beautiful, kind, loving and perfect. She is the one that found you the love of your life. She is who got you to this very moment you are at right now. She is holding all the pain so you can hold on to all the happiness now and forever. Thank "before" girl for everything she has brought to you in your "after" girl life. She is you.
