Wednesday Weigh In

Last Wednesday’s Weight: 176lbs
This Wednesday’s Weight: 175lbs

SHORT TERM GOAL MET!!!!!!


I’m so siked to have met my short term goal! It took longer than I thought (it always does) but I’m so happy to be here. I had a fill on 2/14 and it went great I am feeling a good amount of restriction now. Originally when my overall goal was 125lbs my next short term goal was 150lbs. However, now that I have changed my overall goal to 138lbs my next short term goal will be 156lbs!

Thanks for all the great fiber food suggestions! So far I have tried the following and it’s been working out great – they are yummy!

  • Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Bars……9g Fiber – 120 cals
  • Wheat Things Fiber Selects……5g Fiber – 120 cals
  • Fiber One Caramel Delight Cereal – 9g Fiber – 180 cals
Oh and I did find a good scallop recipe that I thought I would share….here is the link I made them the other night and it was really good!

Last but certainly not least thank you so so much for all the sweet comments you all made on my ‘My How I Have Changed…” post. In response to Gemma’s comment “Loving the pictures! My dear, you look great, time to update the "process pictures", no?” Yes it is absolutely time for an updated picture seeing 175lbs was my next short term goal!! I promise to have it posted by the end of the week!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Great job!! That's the goal I am trying to get to as well (in the short term). That's so great you got there!

I couldn't find any link and I love scallops, so if you get a chance to post it again, I'd really appreciate it!
