Wednesday Weigh In

This Wednesday’s Weight: 177lbs

So no loss but I'm not upset. For one I went on vaca and didn't gain, secondly it is that time of the month and I didn't gain, and lastly I started my circuit training again!! The last time I started circuit training it took me a few weeks to even out from the muscle gain and loose some weight!! All in all I am super happy and I feel amazing!! =) 

A family member of mine (who has always been thin) I recently found out that she eats every 2-3 hours....small amounts but it is enough to keep her metabolism moving and she isn't often hungry. I've been trying this the past week and I think it's a wicked cool thing. I've been loving it. It's seems especially helpful during those times when I need a fill. It feels like I am always eating but because I am eating small amount which is easy to do because I am banded I feel like I'm getting lots of food. Anyone else ever try this??


I'm feeling so good because I am doing circuit training again. My muscles are feeling toned and I feel strong. I definitely get a rush from lifting weights. =)

Congrats for maintaining and feel fabulous! :) Circuit training - is that simply the weight machines?

that is so awesome that you didn't have a gain!

I just started circuit training and am really enjoying it. looking forward to those shrinking body parts.

I've never done circuit training. Sounds interesting! Glad you are feeling good. :)

I love circuit training too!! I just had my surgery on Wednesday though, so it will be awhile for me, but keep up the great work!!
