This Wednesday’s Weight: 161lbs
Hi Everyone!
Sad to say, but no movement again this week. It's okay though because I have a plan! Let me rewind to say that today I am finally starting to feel a little better, I was sick all weekend. Monday night I even went to the Urgent Care at Lahey I felt so ill. The doctor called me yesterday and said all my test came back fine though so I must just have a virus of some sort. I still feel odd today, my head is kind of dizzy feeling and I'm very tired but nothing like I felt over the weekend!
Back to my plan......I was reading someones blog (sorry I cannot recall who because I read so many, please give yourself credit in the comments if you read this) and they were saying how they were going back to basics doing the following:
Now I am taking that list and personalizing it to me!
So I have decided that since I cannot eat early in the morning I am going to have my coffee around 8:30 and around 10:30 I am going to have a yogurt. At 12:30ish I will eat lunch and at 3:30 have a piece of fruit. Dinner will be around 6:30 and if I must have a snack after that it will be before 8PM. I am cutting food off after 8PM. No more before bedtime eating. This is going to be really hard for me just so you know. =)
I also thought it would be a good idea to stop weighing myself everyday. I don't remember the last time I skipped a day. I already weighed myself this Wednesday and I am not going to do it again until next Wednesday.

- Water: at least 100 ounces a day.
- Snacking: When I got's to snack, I am going to have healthy options available.
- Crap removal: If the food I am about to put in my mouth doesn't have nutritional value...energy, fiber, protein, etc...I am going to try and reconsider eating it.
- Pop/Soda: I can only have a diet drink after I have drank at least 60 ounces of water.
- Beer/Wine: None for 3 weeks.
Now I am taking that list and personalizing it to me!

- Chocolate & Cheetos: None for 4 weeks (yes I know weird combo but I've been addicted to both lately.)

Excellent goals! I have started the water before coffee thing. I have one bottle of water in the morning before I have my coffee. I usually have that drank before I leave the house in the morning, then I drink my coffee on the way to work and while there.Hang in there, you are doing great and have some great goals outlined.

Looks like you have made great progress! I have only looked at a few entries so far but plan to check out more! I would liekto follow you but I cant figure out how (im new).
