No changes this week! I’m not surprised because I am on a no exercise down spiral. I am seriously struggling to find motivation and I cannot figure out what is going on it my head!
I think my goal has just slipped my mind perhaps. I have 23lbs to go! If I can loose just one little lb per week I can hit my goal just before Christmas! That would be nice, in a perfect world! That is what I will aim for but I’m not going to beat myself up over it if it does not happen.
I’m going back to the basics for food. No more take out ect. I’ve been bringing my lunch to work and making dinner when I get home. I’m trying really hard to stop getting coffee on the way to work as well. We have a Keurig at work so I am trying to use that when I get here instead. So far so good, I hope I can keep this up!

Its hard to keep up the motivation for so long. I am in that spot right now except I have a little more to lose. 23lbs by christmas is totally doable.

You can absolutely do the 23 lbs by Christmas dear.
No question - it gets harder to lose as we get smaller. In part because we already look "normal" and the motivation is less, but also because it really is harder to lose. If it makes you feel better, I'm still stuck in the upper 160's. I'd love to be 161! I'm not sure I'll ever get there.
Getting myself motivated seems like a full time job sometimes. Keep looking until you find something that inspires you...a new exercise class, a healthy cookbook. I never know what is actually going to work for me until I stumble upon it.
