New Blog Look & Weigh In Wednesday - Not

Hi everyone!


Thanks for your comments on my Baltimore Pics!! We had such a great time. We walked everywhere and it was such a cool/weird feeling to have to rely on your feet to get you everywhere rather than your car! I have felt lazy the past few days seeing I have not been doing as much walking as I did there! lol.


So like I said in the previous post there is no weigh in today but I do want to talk about my challenge to myself for the next 30 days! I have decided to male 3 changes for 30 days, sort of like an experience and just see how much weight just changing 3 things makes me loose.


My 3 changes are:
  1. No More High Cal Drinks like Macchiatos from Starbucks and Frappes from McDonald's.
  2. No eating out. No restaurants, fast food, take out, no nothing.
  3. 30 minutes of cardio every single day. 7 days a week!
Now I know that all of these things on the long term aren't possible, that is why this is a 30 day challenge! I just want to see what happens. I'm going to officially start this coming Monday Sept. 27th and this will go through Oct. 29th. Now I know this is a little longer than 30 days but I am going away for 3 days in the middle and won't be able to not eat out so I wanted to tack on a couple of extra days to compensate. I am going to report every Monday on how things are going just like I post about weight on Wednesdays.


If anyone wants to join in that would be so much fun, I could use all the support I can get!!!
