Thanks for your comments on my Baltimore Pics!! We had such a great time. We walked everywhere and it was such a cool/weird feeling to have to rely on your feet to get you everywhere rather than your car! I have felt lazy the past few days seeing I have not been doing as much walking as I did there! lol.
So like I said in the previous post there is no weigh in today but I do want to talk about my challenge to myself for the next 30 days! I have decided to male 3 changes for 30 days, sort of like an experience and just see how much weight just changing 3 things makes me loose.
My 3 changes are:
- No More High Cal Drinks like Macchiatos from Starbucks and Frappes from McDonald's.
- No eating out. No restaurants, fast food, take out, no nothing.
- 30 minutes of cardio every single day. 7 days a week!
If anyone wants to join in that would be so much fun, I could use all the support I can get!!!
