I lost another lb this week and I'm really happy about that. Wish it was more, always wish it was more but I am super thrilled with any loss at all! =) I'm going to Baltimore tomorrow until Monday and I didn't rent a car so we will be doing lots of walking and I'm hoping to come home at least another lb lighter. I've got to watch my high cal drink and food intake though. I plan on eating lots of seafood since I'm going to Maryland, hopefully that will help me out! =)
I just realized this morning that I am feeling so great again, really comfortable where I am at. That can be a good thing, but it can be bad too. I was doing super great with exercise and then a couple days ago just kind of stopped. Sometimes it seems when I am feeling particularly good about myself its like "Oh I don't need to work out I feel good." I'm going to Baltimore tomorrow and will be doing lots of walking since I didn't rent a car. Hopefully that will put me back in work out mode! Maybe I'll even come back lighter, we'll see!
I think those of you who commented on my post "Are You Kidding Me" were pretty much right. I think it was meant as a compliment and I just let it get to me. I twisted the whole thing basically. I'm a nut case sometimes and I openly admit it lol.
Thanks to everyone who commented on my post about Goals. I think those who said that my goal was doable but would be really hard were right. I guess I will still aim for 175 by my birthday but won't be surprised when I don't hit it. Who knows maybe I will and then I'll be thrilled!! I'm gonna get some good updated pics of me on my trip and I promise to post next week when I get back!
You guys are the best!

I'd give my left arm to see that number on the scale right now. You go girl! :) (And it would probably take at least my left arm to see that number!) LOL!
Next time you come to Baltimore, let me know. Would love to meet you. I'm about 40 minutes away from Baltimore.
I'd love to come to New England sometime so I will definitely let you know. Hope you have fun in Baltimore. There definitely is a lot to do.
