Yay I finally lost another lb! Slow and Steady wins the race??? haha That is just my excuse for eating so poorly lately. I'm really lucky I'm loosing any weight at all because I've been indulging way too much on the chocolate and chips ect.
I have continued to work out. I'm on week 2 with my circuit training and I love it!! I upped my arm workout to 8lb weights. It still didn't make a huge difference but it definitely made my chest a little sore, but not really my arms. I think I'm stronger than I realized. I'm definitely sweating by the end of the 15 minute workout which is good!

Good news on the 1 lbs loss this week and continuing with your workouts. I hope that you can reach your goal, but even if you don't hit it exactly - I know you will come close! <3

Hi! :) I think your goals are very obtainable for your birthday! Remember, when working with weights you often show a slight increase as muscle weighs more than fat. So, you could be seeing a slowing because you are building those muscles! :) Drink that water girl, it helps! Your doing awesome.
