Triumphs & Struggles

I once read that typically people who log what they eat are the people who tend to eat less and weigh less overall and I think it's true. When I don't log my food I don't really loose weight but I always maintain. That is good to know because when I hit my gaol someday I think I will be able to maintain with the aide of the band but until then if I want to hit my goal I think I need to log what I am eating. I do so much mindless eating throughout the day. I put my bodybugg back on at the beginning of the week and I had a pretty successful week as far as calorie intake goes - I had a deficit each day.

My struggles have been with chocolate....I can't get enough of it lol and I am not sure what the heck is going on. Like legit I ate a whole bag of those reeses chocolate eggs in like 2 days. I don't know how to talk myself out of eating things......like I get fixated on food if I know it's there I pretty much can't stop thinking about it until I've eaten it. Anyone else like this??

Wednesday Weigh In

Last Wednesday’s Weight: 175lbs
This Wednesday’s Weight: 175lbs

I'm such a loser I totally forgot to post a new pic....partly because I have not even had a second to take one. I promise I will do that within a couple of days.

So no loss this week....I had a bad Friday/Saturday, I ate a lot of things I should not have but I'm exactly 175 still so at least I didn't gain anything! I have taken some time off from wearing my bodybugg lately so I slapped that sucker back on yesterday morning, no more games haha.

Did you all hear about the BOOBS event? They are getting together again in Sept. in Chicago. I want to go, we will see how much vacation time I have by then.

I was thinking of having a New England Event someday in Portland Maine. The reason I was thinking Portland is because from the Northern Most town in New England to the Southern Most town in New England – Portland is smack in the middle at 5 hours which does not seem excessive for anyone to drive. What do you all think?? Would anyone from New England even be interested in something like that??
