Working Out & A New Giveaway!!!

I have been the biggest dud when it comes to working out throughout pretty much my whole time of being banded. For anyone newly banded out there, the 64lbs I've lost have been lost with the most minimal exercise possible. The whole time I've had great intentions of working out - it just has not happened.

The most important thing I've learned is that wanting/liking to workout won't happen over night. Also, you have to figure yourself out!! What I mean is....I kept telling myself every night that I was going to get up early to work out. Guess what?? It never happened. Then I would tell myself that I would work out after dinner every night. Guess what? It never happened. So when was I going to work out?? I had to figure out what works for me.

I have figured out...........that I have to work out the second I get home! Wait to eat until after my work out. If I don't do it this way then it never happens!! If you aren't working out right now, you should really try and figure yourself out. If you don't find out what works for you....nothing ever will!
