Workouts & Music

Hi Lovelies!
Shout Out......
So Andy and I (check out his blog!) have been conversing via email for the past few days and he's really got me thinking about working out. Well, not just working but creating a routine and actually sticking to it! Thanks Andy!

In the past I have come up with these crazy 5-7 day a week workouts. I was pretty much setting myself up for failure because I know myself, and I'm never going to stick to a crazy schedule like that. One day when I don't have to work full time maybe, but definitely not now.

I'm thinking, just like I told Andy, do make a routine to work out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each day do 45 minutes of cardio, except on Wednesday just do 15 minutes to warm up and spend 30 minutes doing some kind of weights. I'm kinda of clueless when it comes to weights, I don't want to bulk up. Please give me any advice you have!! I REALLY need it.

On a completely different note......
I wanted to share this song with you call "Roots Before Branches" it is by this duo called Room For Two. I heard the song the other day as credits for a movie rolled. I think it's awesome and it really spoke to me and I wanted to share it with you. Hope you enjoy! http://www.roomfortwo.com/music/all/roots_before_branches-2

Tired & Hungry!!!

So I didn't sleep at all last night. Being off work last week really threw my sleep schedule off. I wasn't tired until 11pm and usually I'm in bed no later than 10pm so there is 1 hour I lost. Plus knowing I had to get up on time to actually be somewhere made me wake up constantly worrying that I was late. Blah!

Fortunately I woke up feeling really good and that latest until about 10 minutes ago. I got this HUGE wave of exhaustion come over me. I hope this feeling doesn't last for long, I don't like it.

The nice thing about having last week off is I had a lot of time to look at people's blogs, it was really fun. You are all so creative not only in blog design but in the things you blog about. I've learned a few new "tricks" by reading some blogs.

Ooooo I've been looking at a lot of recipes and I was on allrecipes.com and came across this Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf. It had over 600 reviews and it was more than 4.5 stars and it had like more than 13,000 people who saved it so I can't wait to cook it tonight. It's only 342 cals so that is exciting too! I'll let you know how it turns out.

Please share any good recipes that you've come across I am really getting into cooking lately and would LOVE to try them out!! Thanks everyone!!! You are all wicked AMAZING!!! =)
